In the Yard
- Not much is going on in our yards now. We are in that funky time between nothing growing and a freeze. Save your energy and be patient; things will change before we know it.
In the Pasture
- It is not too late to get a soil test turned in. This will allow you to make an application of Ag Lime or Phosphorus and Potash needed to improve your soil profile. If you need us to make an application for you, please let us know.
- Some winter weeds are coming along despite the lack of rain. If you are looking to control winter flowers and thistles, consider an application of 2-4-D at the rate of 1 QT/Acre. If you have clover in these areas and would like to keep it, consider an application of Duracor at the rate of 16oz/Acre.
