Manager’s Words
We have so much to be thankful for this time of year. We have a great customer base that enjoys working with us and we feel the same way. We look forward to the new year and all the joys and challenges that it brings. I still like to use this last newsletter of the year to share goals we have for the upcoming year.
- Increase our customer service regarding communication and helpfulness. I know that we do a good job with our communication, but it can be better. It is our orders, delivery, lead times, and our schedule, on which we will focus. Whether you are getting something delivered, having an application made or we special order something for you, we will have a better process in the coming year.
- Continue to spruce up the store. Last year we started some visual appearance improvements projects, we will put the finishing touches on those this year.
- Improve the lead time on liquid and dry buggies. In the coming year, we will require a 24HR return policy for buggies or a higher rental price will be charged. We run into too many situations where customers keep them for extended periods of time, and it creates frustration for those who want them. We will share these changes in the upcoming newsletters.
Thank you for your business,
Willis Braden
